MomsSpaghetti
I was very good looking when I was younger, and I'd say I was getting progressively better looking up through age 21, until it started to go downhill. My nose has grown; my forehead has sloped a little more; my complexion got bad from all the coffee and stress during college; my hair has thinned a little at the temples; my facial hair, which didn't start to grow in full force until recently, is unevenly distributed in density; my shoulders and pecs have gotten bigger, which makes me appear shorter (I'm 5'7"). buzzie2
I can relate a bit to this- not from personal experience but I have a cousin who is the same age as me that when he was in his late teens and early twenties, he could have been a model. But then by his mid twenties he started gaining weight and went bald. This is actually more commen then you think- when I went to my ten year high school reunion there were a couple of guys who I thought were gorgeous in high school- but turned into balding overweight nerds with thick rimmed glasses. Katz09
Yes, I've known men and women who have experienced the same phenomenon. Nonetheless, you can reverse it back to looking good again. Focus on things that can make you improve your appearance, like exercising, eating well (lots of veggies and fruits, water, etc.), stop the coffee, sodas, etc. Little by little you will regain your good looks. Also, if you are feeling anxious or stressed try to get rid of those two first, as beauty starts inside and reflects on the outside. Good luck!
