J_L_C
Just wondering if anyone else out there has heard of "Garcinia Cambogia"? A natural herbal supplement that has proven weight loss effects. It was featured on Dr. OZ and I am wondering if anyone out there has tried it?
FitChick
Seems to me any natural or pharmaceutical product always requires you to restrict calories in some way. Just skip the pills and eat less. The money you save can go toward your new wardrobe.

jsmith1975tx
I know there has been alot of buzz about Garcinia Cambogia and alot of people are wondering whether or not it lives up to the hype. I can assure you it does! I tried it earlier this year and I lost two pounds the first week without doing any exercise or changing my diet! The following two weeks I lost 10 pounds! I was going to the gym 2 times per week and didnt change my diet. It works so well because its an appetite suppressant and it makes your body burn fat faster!
