Man has a son and told me he was upset because his ex posted a video on instagram but won't even send him pictures, so I got curious and I checked her instagram because I just wsnted to see the video and I accidentally liked it...then she posted a picture on there saying "stalking is all fun and games until your ex's new gf accidentally hits the like button." Like i knee she would because shes immature and spiteful. Now she's got all these comments on it and I'm positive my man has seen it and idk what to tell him. I don't want to be that girl...how can I explain this?

I like how the ex is always immature, but the guy who chose her you're now with, who now has chosen you hmmm...and you're supposed to be this....upgrade? kinda makes ya think don't it!

This sounds like one of those backyard drama's on a morning talk-show for the baby-mamas who don't work.

I reckon you stay out dem dere buzness w dat child.

It really doesn't matter, if he's dealt with the immaturity from her, I'm sure he can deal with you accidentally liking his ex's instagram.

she'll run out of steam, there's only so much she can say, pretty sad of her as it is, say nothing and let it pass, she's the drama-queen not you - right? xx

Well, it's also true, isn't it? I mean, it's not as if she's lying.

Yes this!

While at the same time making yourself look like the bigger person.

And do it head on, post a comment under the pic you liked and stop avoiding telling your man. That only makes it look like you think you're in the wrong.

I woulda looked too - i'd wanna know what sorta babies my man spawned - what is the weren't cute!?:laugh:

Hmm maybe even post a comment about that? Saying that the two of them have a beautiful child and that she is very lucky.

I would so do that. Once you're caught, you're caught, better throw a bit of attitude just to get it all nice and bitchy the way she likes it.

Seriously though, this is why you can never take too many precautions with stalking. Log out if you ever feel tempted to stalk and do it through one of the endless alternative sites (statigram, iphonegram).

I dunno... What is not to 'like' about seeing a video of the son of the guy you are dating?

I would have 'liked' it and said "Handsome son you have. You must be very proud of him! Thanks for posting the video."

Without the least amount of sarcasm.

No apologies necessary. If she is having a problem with him having a GF, that is her problem. Not yours.

I wouldn't worry about it- these things happen. My lap top has a super sensitive curser pad, and it would often just click on things without me tapping it as I was moving the cursor. I was checking out "People you may know" on my Facebook, and as I was scrolling down I came across a super hot guy I have a crush on from work but had never even spoken to. I meant to move the cursor to click on his profile for a quick creep- but as a moved my cursor, it fired him off a friend request! I was mortified! To fix things, I purposely fired off a boat-load of friend requests to a whole bunch of other work people so it didn't look so random.:o

I would just play it off like it wasn't a big deal. She will run out of steam with her comments and it will blow over.

I also turned off my tapping feature on my mouse pad after my own incident, lol.

My running partner's ex-wife started liking MY pictures. I don't know her at all. THAT is stalking. What you did was innocent. Say nothing, and "like" that other picture. :)

Come on. You got caught stalking. Own it to your b/f, don't respond to the ex since that will only ramp up the drama and carry on.
