Like if they are "looking" on the web specifically at dating, personals, and even for some no strings attached action? When is looking just looking? What is morbid curiousity? The biggie though would be does the significant other have an active "profile". That last one is pretty cut and dry. If the SO is active and is has an ad or profile then I would consider it cheating at worst or at best comparing the SO to who else is out there which is really creepy in of itself.
