King Bowls Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 I have always had a bad anger problem, in which I inherited from my father. Recently, or really the last 2 years, when I play my brother on a competitive game on Xbox such as Madden or ncaa, if I start to mess up in the game, make mistakes, and lose in a blowout, I go beserk, in which certian times I have punched my self, slam my head against the wall, hit myself in the head with a football, slap myself, bite my lip, and some times just flat out knock the **** out of myself. I punch walls too. And after I do things like this, I usually get a headache, and if it hit hard enough, I get dizzy. And shortly after doing this to myself I get very upset and nearly cry because I question how I could do such a thing to myself. Besides the obvious solution, "go get help" or something, I'm looking for other ways. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to post Share on other sites
