singlelife
I have a friend who's a nurse. He cheats on his wife all the time at work. He bangs coworkers in the bathrooms and everything. He says this actually happens all the time in every hospital. Any nurses on here to confirm this? And if so, how do you get away with it?
mrs rubble
Confirmation here from the lab! Some of my colleagues have had affairs and split up marriages in the process.....and yes I've taken one of the couriers into the bathroom once although we were both single.

TouchedByViolet
I know EMT's, and first responders who have slept with nurses (and other health care employees) and resulted in lots of cheating. I volunteered with nurses some years ago and heard about some of these sexual scandals. Unfortunately, none of the nurses wanted to bang me at the time
Toddbt12y1
This can happen anywhere. I work well up into my hospital. No, for the most part nurses aren't screwing around. If he's caught, he will be termin'd. I'd terminate him, if I caught him

supaflyz
Well I guess my life is save lol. I'm a new graduate nurse. I'm not even sure I wanted to be a nurse. This story is refreshing hahah. Anyways when I was a student I heard a lot of stories from other nurses. I don't know if I was the only male in the nursing station that is why they told those stories. I have heard from my teacher that one time she caught two of her coworkers doing it in one of the rooms.
coltsfan1
This unfortunately happens all to often in the work place. I personally work in an enterprise level hospital and have dated/slept with nurses but none of them were married. But I have seen this occur in all departments. But never in the bathroom, if employees were caught doing this in any of the 4 hospitals I support they would be fired then arrest by the police officers provided by the state for on site security. Ninjainpajamas
It's probably not the worst idea in the world to work in a field that is predominantly women...a lot of "opportunity" there when the male to female ratio is in favor of the man, and since these women work and get to know these men it's obviously much easier for them to transition into a sexual relationship with them. And remember kids, if the woman is sleeping with a man who is married/relationship it's not a reflection on her because he's the one doing the cheating, she is an innocent bystander So it's not just hospitals...but law offices, any offices, marketing, banking, business...you name it! right down to your local Walmart (for US citizens only). But to be fair it doesn't happen ALL of the time with EVERYONE, surely some people only "date" while "single"/"on a break with their SO" or only have one or two affairs instead of making it a habit.
JustJoe
This is another of those "Urban Legends ", posts. If you look, you will find that almost every profession has it's legends about promiscuity. Policemen , Firemen, Doctors/nurses, Military personnel, newspapers/media, Teachers/students, they all think that they have a lock on the sexy stuff. I'm betting that it pretty much evens out over the general population as is no more prevalent in one profession over another, except of course the Adult entertainment industry. dasein
I disagree with it being merely an urban legend, too many friends in too many medical environments have said otherwise, but agree that it happens in lots of offices where people work long hours at night, not just hospitals. I don't know about that...by far the Military IME has had the most consistency with scandalous stories from at least word of mouth...that is the adult entertainment industry for the average sized man

And military personnel don't need Ashley Madison to find available and willing participants to cheat on...
