Affairs in hospitals

I have a friend who's a nurse. He cheats on his wife all the time at work. He bangs coworkers in the bathrooms and everything. He says this actually happens all the time in every hospital. Any nurses on here to confirm this? And if so, how do you get away with it?

I met a male nurse once who told me all the gay speculation that a man gets being in the nursing profession, is totally worth it for all the female attention you get. And this is attention from women who are single and attached. He didnt say anything about hooking up, but Im sure it happens with some of them.

 

In a workplace where the big majority of people are female, and these women are working long hours, I can see how many could get drawn to the few males that are available at work. Especially since medical professions can put a hamper into ones social life, so meeting men outside of work can be a toughy apparently.

 

This all being said, I couldnt be friends with someone who behaves like your friend does. I dont believe in cheating and making a fool out of someone. And all hes doing is disrespecting his wife and compromising her health.

LOL we had two house keepers doing it in our cath lab. LOL out of all places the cath lab.

 

Blood, etc gets on those beds.

 

We've one nurse who is openly cheating with a maintenance man. Just off campus.

I've heard about this, too. It seems to be very common in hospitals; not so much in regular doctors' offices. I suspect it's a combination of being in a large institution, working odd hours, and having easy access to places where one can do this sort of thing.

 

I sometimes feel like I'm missing out when I hear stories like this. Everyone I work with is painfully well-adjusted and loyal to their families.

I will say as a male nurse in long term care you do get a lot of attention from female coworkers and family members. I have dated nursing assistants and other nurses. It's easy because you spend so much time with them and get to know them.

That's why I always said I'd never date a doctor. I know a lot of them who just can't be faithful.

Actually, I don't wish, and it's one of the reasons I don't date military. And military personnel don't need Ashley Madison to find available and willing participants to cheat on...

 

One of my friends is in the commercial shipping business [an officer on a large cargo freighter], and from he told me ... never date a woman who works on a ship.

Male to Female ratio is outrageous, they end up feeling like a princess, and for long periods of time.

If you are a man and work in that field, you will have even harder chances to find a woman who will stay faithfull to you at home; 50% of his gf's cheated on him during those periods and that's just those that he had proof on.

 

I'm feeling left out for my mob... I've never heard any of those stories about artists.

Artists are at the top of my 'never date' list, mostly because they follow emotions to create art.

I've seen enough of them to know that being faithfull is a truly rare gem amongst them.

 

I would also advise any woman to never date/marry a lawyer; they live for arguments, so if he's not willing to compromine just a little you will have your hands full.

One thing i was warned about, when i do become one is to never look at your client in a sexual way.

It has happened many times, and it's best to avoid it like the plague.

You have to be on your feet when you are 'taking care' of a hot vulnerable mess, and it happens to be a woman.

Yeah, but a good looking woman who knows IT can really get promoted easily in those places [seen it happen].

 

My experience in IT has been 95% living in a cold place with only a chair to sit on, with parts everywhere, with unreasonable deadlines [to assemble/fix pc's].

The other 5% i'm at the front explaining why her/his PC doesn't work, in very very simple metaphors [CPU cooler is car radiator ... ], and if it's a girl she never spends more than the required time in my presence.

 

I hope any guy thinking of going into IT for the 'hot babes' thinks it over.

I was in the hospital in June. There were a few things I heard that just completely rocked me as I had no idea how selfish and disgusting people can really be. I got to take a nice look at some of my nurses first hand. Of course, they were all really nice to me during my 12 day stay in the hospital, however, some of the things I overheard them speaking to one another about............................... horrid! They should be ashamed.

 

2 nurses were speaking at the nurses station outside my room. I heard one say to the other, "I ONLY stick to married men because they don't want more than I am willing to give, and I don't need any of that boyfriend drama in my life. It really is so much easier when you don't develop feelings. I can go home every night and not be bothered with a man, but still get what I need from them. B and I do our thing here, and then he goes home and plays happy husband. I don't require anything from him, and he doesn't require anything from me. Then when I get bored of him, I usually call on L to spice things up." Later, I overheard them speaking again to one another, and found out they were both OW and enjoyed it, which is probably why the nurse she was speaking with didn't completely rip her a new one when she said she was a happy OW who only wanted to screw other womens husbands. Self proclaimed and very proud other women. UGLY.
