In addition, I've read that men and post-menopausal women should not take iron supplements. I would think there would be many variables, such as if they were vegetarians, etc. and got no iron from meat. I do think a lot of younger women are anemic from menstruation, and should take iron supplements. Any comments? Link to post Share on other sites
