Leegh Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 I have tried mostly every supplement/vitamin known to mankind, and quite often I feel tired, sometimes even waking up tired. Sometimes though I do wake up feeling very well rested. I have had anemia in the past but do not have it now, and my blood work is OK. May I ask if you folks have days when you literally wake up tired, or get fatigued as the day wears on? It is not great to wake up tired, knowing that you have a lot to do that day. Do you folks take any supplement(s) that works well? Any suggestions and/or tips? In addition, I go to bed at the same time every night and exercise moderately. I am not overweight. I don't drink much alcohol (maybe once every two months) and I had smoked cigarettes some quite a few years ago, but I don't smoke now. Link to post Share on other sites

Also taking too much supplements may not be good for you, as long as you are taking a daily multivitamin and eating a clean diet, your internal body system should be fine on its own. If its an underlying issue, you may need to go in for a blood test or take to a specialist or doctor who can better diagnose you. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
