Grace Is Looking For You

Excellent message:

ThisWeeksMessage

I didn't hear anything about repentance in his message. Biblically, Jesus and all the prophets never just spoke of grace alone. Repentance is a requirement. Jesus always said "sin no more" after forgiving someone. He even told a person that an even worse fate would await them if they returned to their sin.

EDIT:

My comment above was kind of blunt, so I apologize for that. I just think repentance is hugely importsnt and virtually never mentioned in most churches today out of fear of losing members.

Amen M30, I always appreciate your frankness. Admittedly I'm frustrated as hell and am getting hit priddy hard physically. About 4 months ago began detoxing my system...knowing to do it slowly with several techniques caused me to get physically ill to the point of resistance being down and contracted a very nasty infection over the last month. Now I'm in full-on detox in order to clear the infection- my body is dumping toxins fast, but it hurts...with all of that, being down because of this, the enemy is hitting me extremely hard with the typical attacks.

Last night after being so frustrated, finally contacted my various prayer chains requesting prayer- then went into full-scale warfare...on FB no less because I know of a good portion of my family going through the same thing.

I needed an extreme message of grace due to the extreme attack. Thank you for inserting that in there, and ask that others that might watch this do that also.

M30, to make some excuse would be a disservice to you, you are who you are in the Spirit, and to ask you to be anything but would be wrong IMO. This is the very aspect of your anointing, the Apostolic anointing.

I know you won't, but want to say to never stop what you do, no matter the opposition. You have a message and it needs to be heard.

Edit too...I thought others might need and extreme message of grace.

What kind of detox are you doing? Every now and then I go on 24 hour fasts. It's pretty uncomfortable but always results in a rejuvenating feeling afterwards. I also believe that fasting is spiritual in a way that science may not understand for a long time. I believe God can speak to us more easily in a fasting state because we are denying the body and tuning into the spirit. Even visions and prophecies are more likely to occur while fasting.

I have a real hard time fasting, always have due to hypoglycemia- but did a 1 and 1/2 year partial fast only eating about 500 to 800 calories per day (mostly fruits and veggies) and do this a lot now. During that time the attack and revelation was unreal.

I never eat heavy foods, because my body will feel heavy and weighed down.

I so agree with you on all points...fasting heals the body. We don't realize the build up of everyday toxins.

Started the mellow detox with herbs, herbal teas, skin brushing, partial fasts, and lots of water, but did this slow. Now it's full-on and I'm miserable lol- there's a lot of toxins in my system Brotha, so this might take a few days. I'm asking God to help me through this, to go through the fire with me and to accept this and be content in it and not complain. It's a battle:)

Haha I'm watching this on TV right now.

Must be a rerun.

LOL, I need that grace right now- baddddd :)

P.S. M30, I'm repenting hard right now with a large portion of surrender.

Fasting does more harm than good. seriously fasting stinks.

Only if you have severe diabetes or some other condition. Otherwise it's a beneficial practice. There have been studies, for example, which show that certain disorders like inflammatory bowel disease and autoimmune diseases actually go into remission (temporarily) after a fast.

Yep, and it also resets the metabolism- like let's say one is on an upward spiral of weight gain, a fast will turn that around provided after the fast one watches what they eat...it does it fast also.

Just want to put out here real quick that herbs can be as powerful as script meds, so it's important not to over do them. I really don't agree with aggressive methods such as what is advertised in health food stores and the net- the doses are too high IMO. The best is a healthy diet and water, also fasting because it gives the body a rest. IMO a person can overload various organs such as the liver and kidneys, so with that it's important to know what you're taking and consult a knowledgeable herbalist who knows your specific needs...even with that research currant conditions and what various herbs/supplements do and their interactions.

I may not be quite on the same page spiritually as some of you, but I'm firmly convinced that one of the, if not THE, secret to a long marriage is extending alot of grace to one another, every day. Maybe not an insane amount of grace, there are some things which obviously can't be overlooked, but I wonder how much resentment stems from relatively minor things.

I don't know about you guys, but I need a hell of a lot of grace. :)

you mean a girl named grace?

Ya never know! This is cute:) ...at work we'd be talking about God and I'd always say "God is moving". My inspector, with the straightest face said, "where's He moving?" :lmao:

I really loved this message, too. I loved when Pastor said grace is promiscious and has something for everyone, and how God so loved the WORLD (not just the so called "good" people of the world)...

You hit it gf, couldn't have put your entire post ay better:)
