iamcanadian
Here's my problem: Ive known this girl for about 2 and a half years, I live in Ontario and she lives in BC.. we both really like eachother, we talk on the phone pretty much everyday for 1 or 2 hours. I have been trying to make it officially "bf/gf" and she replies with: "I don't want to wreck what we might have in the future.". I honestly dont know if this is bs or if it is a good idea to wait till l8er. It will be atleast two years before i would be able to move over there. I don't think that making it official would significantly change how our relationship is right now.. any ideas on what i should do?? Thanks
Pocky
Why do you want to start a long distance relationship with someone at your age? Long distance relationships are extremely difficult and can be very stressful. I can understand her reasoning for waiting - if she really thinks you two have something that might last, why ruin it with the added pressures of a long distance relationship? You've known each other for two and a half years already, go have fun and when you can move in two years you can start a real relationship with her.
