shep Posted October 31, 2004 Share Posted October 31, 2004 wuts up everyone, i'm shep. i put some posts up here about 2 months ago about a girlfriend problem. she left me after 10 months and started out with some other guy who used her for sex, and then she dated another guy who cheated on her with one of her friends. Now i have some ?'s for anyone out there willing to give me their advice. now this first guy slept with her and basically told her afterward that all he wanted from her was sex. now i confronted her about this cuz she told me she would be faithful to me because she wanted to be with me still but needed some time blah blah blah. well after i asked how it felt to be used she hung up the phone on me. she ended up calling me a day later crying. she never told me why but i'm pretty sure it was because she realized she got used by this guy. she was telling me things like she was depressed and for a couple of days she had thought about killing herself and a bunch of stupid stuff like that. but i was nice to her and told her not to do anything like that......etc. but before i got off the phone with her she started crying again and said i guess i'm lucky i have u to talk to still. and she said i love u and don't ever forget it. and like an idiot i said i love u too. well days went on and i called her but everytime i called her it seemed she didn't really want to talk to me, so i stopped calling her, and didn't talk to her unless she called me. well a couple of weeks went by and we didn't talk but every once and a while she still calls me on the weekends. now she was with another guy and i guess he cheated on her with one of her friends. she didn't call me and tell me about that, i heard it through her friends, my friends etc.... so i decided to call her on friday night. she answered her phone and said hey wut's up...i was just thinking about u...i was gonna call u in a little bit. i asked her wut she was doin tonight she said just driving around and she said hey i gotta let u go i have to go home for awhile, but i'll call u in awhile. well it was about 3 hours later and the phone rang and it was her. she asked me wut i was doing and i told her nothing just sittin around. she then told me she driving by my house and to come outside. i got out there and she was already in my drive way parked with her lights off. she had 2 of her friends with her though. we started talking about stupid ****...u know like she didn't know wut to say to me, she said she wanted to see my dog and she got out of her car and she was wearing the hoodie i got her for christmas last year. we never talked about us or anything like that and her phone rang after like an hour and she said she had to go home, but to call her sunday cuz she had to go to springfield on saturday for some family thing. and i asked her where her b/f was (even though i already knew they weren't together anymore) she said in kind of a pissed off voice they weren't together anymore. and said i gotta go but call me sunday. well i called her today and it seemed like the same ****.....like she didn't want to talk to me, but i asked her if she wanted to go to a movie or something. she said i would but i have no money, i told her u know i'll pay your way in, and she said no i'm not letting u pay for me. and that was it she had to go again. she called back and asked me to get her cigarettes and she picked me up and i got her smokes and dropped me off back at my house. and that was it. i don't know wut all of this means and i'm really confused. i mean does it sound like she wants me back or does it mean she doesn't know if she wants me back and it's really hard to just ask her, because things just seem awkward when i do see or talk to her. i do want her back though, i believe in second chances, but i don't know. every time i see her she's never by herself and always has a friend or two with her. but why does she still call me and why did she come to my house this weekend wearing a hoodie i got her? is she trying to keep me around just in case something better comes alond? i'm so confused and head feels like it's gonna explode. i really need some advice ASAP. It almost sounds like she just keeps doing little "tests" to see if you are still there for her to jump back to at any point she feels like it. By your reactions it sounds like she finds that you are always still there for her and she has no reason to worry. It does sound like she's still kinda keeping you around untill sometihng better comes along but not really that way. Sounds like she just wants the reassurance that you are still there (which you have been) Most cases if you werent there for her she would kinda freak out and really want you back even more. Right now you arent being a challenge. She takes a stab at you and wins everytime which prolly also freaks her out. Next time she wants something small like a pack of smokes just be unavailable and catch her reaction. Chances are she wont like it (in a good way) Link to post Share on other sites
