I started dating a girl about 2 months ago, and things have been great. Love spending time together and being around each other. We are not friends on facebook, but the other day I looked at her public profile and she had a post about leaving for a trip for a few days with her "love" to celebrate their anniversary. We have not been dating very long, and have never discussed being exclusive at this point, but this seems like more than just dating another guy. It sounds like she has a long term relationship with this guy, and I am a fling. My question is. How do I approach this subject? Link to post Share on other sites

Don't know what her answer will be but right from the get go, she's giving you a preview of how she conducts business so why waste your time because if that's what you want, sooner or later you'll be back with another thread about the affair she in and this time, you'll be knee deep in it. She works at night, so she is at work right now and I might not talk to her tonight. I guess I will see how it goes from there. The thing that is weird is she has introduced me to friends, and we go out in public places all the time. It isn't like some hidden thing. It just seems weird to me Link to post Share on other sites

It just seems weird to me I had no clue my xMM was still very much married until about 8 months down the line. I met all his friends, went out to all the local places with him. Went on holiday to his home country and met his family....i really had no clue. I didn't go to his flat but that was because he said he shared with 2 others and they had a rule no one could bring anyone home. You are only 2 months down the line. It just seems weird to me I would recommend not jumping to conclusions. Maybe she's looking for a platonic friendship and thought you were ideal. However she should had mention her relationship's status near the start. This happened to me when a girl showed interest in me and at the same she started dating an older man. However she should had mention her relationship's status near the start. This happened to me when a girl showed interest in me and at the same she started dating an older man. So I friendzoned her and years later she developed it into an emotional affair. She was definitely not looking for platonic.
