I just hate rude people thats all. Luckily my friend is going to break up with his girlfriend after like 2 months, who I met Heather through so I should never have to see her again. She is apparently being too clingly and possesive and thats something my friend just hates. I guess I'll just see where it goes with Lynsey.

You heard anything from your ex recently Wierd? Planning to send her a gift even? I'm sure you could find something amusing to send her, a stress relief ball? lol

Well time for my weekly update.

Heather hasn't responded to any contact since Monday and it was just a single text message. My friend seems to understand from his girlfriend that she doesn't feel the same way about me? Now I'm like wtf, we'd just been hanging out and that was all. I hadn't even tried to make any moves on her. To be honest I'm not even bothered, I just wish she'd have the common decency to tell me that she doesn't see anything happening.

Lynsey, well she's been pretty quiet too. We were chatting over the weekend and up to about tuesday, and then I was in London on wednesday and thursday. I sent her a text message on Wednesday to tell her I got there and it took her until Friday afternoon to reply. I mean 2 days? I hadn't make any suggestions to meet up in the hope that she would suggest it. So tonight I decided just to see if she wanted to go out tomorrow. I got a reply saying that she wanted to start work on an essay tomorrow since she was working all next week. So i suggested tomorrow night and she said maybe.

So has she maybe had second thoughts about us dating again? For all i know she should have been waiting for me to make the first move but I'm not too sure now. I for one have started to feel silly for even thinking that we could have another chance. Should I just consider asking her how she really feels and see where that gets or should I tell her how I feel and see what the reaction gets?

Any input is appreciated about either girl. Though I think the case of Heather is closed.

You didn't show her any romantic in her that why,so she shut her heart down toward you. I'm not talking about sex either. When dating women,u must show your romantic side of u toward them quicky with a great sense of humor, being funny, teasing her,and taking her out,and showing her a good time, but u must so that romantic side of u in the process.

I hate rude people as well, hence my issue I was bitching about earlier today.:) So many people are rude yet these same people bitch and moan when others are rude to them and dont see an issue with how they act towards others. The hypocrisy bugs the hell out of me.

Nah havent heard from her. I'd say it is 50/50 she will come online xmas to say merry xmas to me. hahaha a stress relief ball would be great.:) Would fit in perfectly with her robot working life.

Well i did tease her, shown her a good time and last week we were chatting until 2am. I also done various other things and had made clear that I had romatnic intentions and i'd kissed her when i dropped her off at her flat. Its just she makes it seem like I was trying to get her into bed and was declaring some undieing love for her.

Earlier in this thread when I mentioned the first date it had went very well and she'd also said this to her friend at the time. It was just a sudden change of heart last weekend, around the time I went out on the date with the ex, hmmm. Maybe my friend mentioned it to his girlfriend who mentioned it to heather and thats the reason for her sudden withdrawl. I never considered that, time to quiz the friend!

Weird--slow down. lol Don't freak out on your sis now! You know I'm great among the 'female species!' ;)

The girl should had wrote you or something...I'm sorry she didn't.

I have more guys friends than girls. I mean, I sit---watch the ball game with them...eat my popcorn & drink some beer & not expect anything from it & they treat me like a buddy as well. It's hard for me to get along with females because most of them have backstabbed me. Atlous & LexiB (where is she:() probably knows where I'm coming from.

Don't break down my little bro...but don't think all females are bitches. ha Sometimes I get a heart of stone & I think guys are pieces of sheet but then I come to this forum to "get a grip." I know you guys are good guys here. ;) Like I've said..it's kept me moving along & gave me the strength!

You are right...there is a thing called "friendship" in this life---& you are a great one! :)

PS--Outback sounds good! I'm male hating & you are female hating so lets go to the outback. ha

Kodiak---Hey--My drinking partner. ha You will hear from her again. I promise. I know she has a new address but I think you will hear from her HOWEVER the question will be "Will you feel the same?" I do think if it is meant to be it will be but I don't think we should wait around. I think that if we hermit ourselves in our homes because of our exes we could miss a great opportunity. I believe we shouldn't wait on them. Just my opinion.

Drjones---Damn doc...get that kiss over the weekend! I think new chick sounds like a great gal! Also, I think when your ex wanted to hear some details it's because "you've got a life w/o her..." so she's curious. Just like my little bro said..."she was fishin!"

WantanS4---Miss ya! :) Glad to hear from ya. If you feel like sending the card---do it...then don't look back. ;)

Gwennebe--2 years? Explain your story.....please...we want to hear about it.

Atlous---Hey girl! What's up? How did the test go??

Update for me is this: I'm dealing with more than the ex issue now. I guess..I'll tell you all cause you all are like family to me. My friend died...& he was 34 years old. I've been going through that...so I know I haven't been on here much & on my MSN. So---now you know why.

Love you all---hope you all are doing well! Take care!

Moderator's Note: LoveShack.org is an open community with many different people coming from many different backgrounds and experiences, and we encourage our members to take advantage of the community at large by starting new threads when introducing a new situation, no matter how similar it might be to something described in another thread. Threads containing hundreds of posts tend to become closed circles in which only a few posters participate. Not only is that not in keeping with the spirit of the LoveShack.org community, it does a disservice to those who post in the thread, as their posts will not reach as wide an audience as they would if they posted about their own situations in separate threads.

Please do not cluster discussion of several different problems/situations in one thread. Threads that wander off-topic and/or are cluttered with several people's situations will be subject to large-scale pruning, locking, or even deletion, at moderators' discretion.

Thanks for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing everyone participating in the forums!

Best wishes,
