Oh my, the Hate that I have for........

Lostinlife4now

So last nite I received a call from xmm (his wife was out of town with the kiddies) still being a sneak and a liar....and I had this terrible feeling of hatred for this scumbag. With every word out of his mouth I wanted to punch him through the phone.

He was going on and on how wonderful his kids are, what a great father he is, how he is climbing the corporate ladder and will be CEO very soon....and all I wanted to do was spit in his face.

I do not have a mean bone in my body...my bark is worse than my bite...but I feel such contempt for this person that it really scares me.

The thing that he detests most in life is sick people. Yes, that's right, no empathy or sympathy for anyone who is fighting an illness. And guess what, his wife has been sick on and off for a couple of years, (I do feel sorry for her, I don't like to see anyone sick) been to various doctors and great hospitals but no actual diagnosis)...... and this is what he is saddled with. May be there is a God after all.

I need to say a rosary today.!!!!!

Why did you answer and talk to him? I think I would've just ignored call, especially if you have such disdain for him. He sounds horrible. Does his wife know about the affair?

Hi Mi Sky....

I knew I had an indifference towards him, had it for a very long time...but last nite I just felt HATRED! No idea why I answered the phone...a knee jerk reaction I guess.

No his wife does NOT know about the affair! It was a long term relationship....a point in my life where I was messed up mentally!

His wife is battling some kind of sickness...and NO I would not WANT her to find out. She is sick and has enough on her plate.

He's toxic, needy, and downright pathetic! Get your indifference back! Anger causes wrinkles! He's not worth it. ;)

I think it's good that you answered the call. It just reaffirms your decision to not have this person in your life anymore. Maybe you were needing that.

Well I think your reaction is a healthy one because you are seeing the man and who he really is. Your anger is warranted.

You are making someone else reponsible for your reaction.

Just be grateful you are no longer with him. This should give you futher confirmation that you are on the right path.

Refocus that energy.

Curious: why didn't you just hang up and tell him to eff off, in lieu of the punch?

If he is that annoying, I'd frankly not have answered and certainly, even if I did, I'd not have had him go on and on and on and on...I'd have stopped him after a few words to tell him to not call me back and that I didn't care to hear about his absolute greatness.

I normally follow that line of thinking myself.

In this case, however, the man obviously has a severely impaired empathy chip---so going through the experience of being sick (and dependent on others) might be just what he needs.

Free.....

I actually want to go help his wife....I know, I know...maybe make her chicken soup and clean her house and do her laundry.

He always said..."I don't do the caretaker thing at all."
