bluetuesday Posted November 5, 2004 Share Posted November 5, 2004 tell me it's bonkers. we live 183,000 miles apart. so we're just going to be friends. but he's utterly fantastic. and he thinks i am too. i just want to talk to him all the time. but it's not real. we'll never even meet in the real world, just inside our heads. but even that has its own charms. like at the end of the age of innocence when daniel day lewis goes all the way from new york to paris but won't go up three flights of stairs to see michelle pfeiffer. and not meeting is probably a good thing. we'd make a terrible couple. i'm right, aren't i? this way madness lies. Im in a LDR...not extremelly LDR...i see im once a week and its always been that way. Keep that in mind and then dive right in and have a grand time. Just don't fool yourself that it's real unless you make it real. Which means 3D. Everybody is his own best PR man. Author bluetuesday Posted November 5, 2004 Author Share Posted November 5, 2004 only been talking to him a couple of months. it's cool, i'm not in love with him or anything daft (how could i possibly be, i've not met the guy), can just feel myself getting in a bit deeper than i'd like. and now i feel that maybe i should pull back but it's hard because, well, he's adorable. but due to the chances of us EVER meeting being less than 0.3%, what's the point in carrying on? you're right, i have sort of made up my mind. it's useless so we're just going to be friends. but even then, the whole flirty sexy i dunno what is already out there. faux Posted November 6, 2004 Share Posted November 6, 2004 I have been in a LDR since late August, and all is going fine. I go to college, and she goes to college. We live one state apart, and see one another when we can. When I do not see her, I study, write papers, work, and talk to her when I am finished with the rest.
