Its the usual saying i love you but im not in love with you, my wife said this to me and i dont know what to do, I love her very much and dont want to lose her but she treats me with indiference and is not very affectionate to me as well as being sharp towards me.i dont know the best way to handle this situation i am trying to be loving caring and supportive in everything she does but i feel she has moved on in her mind and wants something else how can i win her back . i cant sleep wake up anxsious and emotionally drianed i cant carry on with this situtation something has to change do i back off give her space seperate ?

I think the only thing you can do is to work on you. Love is difficult. I find individual counseling to be helpful.
