ndt
needless to say, I went from around 200 to 174 since November 2012, I took up a gym membership, started working out everyday, and eating cautiously. ascendotum
needless to say, I went from around 200 to 174 since November 2012, I took up a gym membership, started working out everyday, and eating cautiously. I've never been happier and am still striving for more to be lost. I bet a stack of people in the gym or those going hardcore on diets were inspired to get there after a breakup....and maybe they stay there until they get their next relationship, then its back to the comfy, no need to bother about this now mindset. Not saying this is you, but a lot of people for sure. Its human nature. I think its funny when people get in great shape after being dumped then go out and try to flaunt it in front of their ex, as in see what you missed out on, bet you regret it now. The thing is they would never have made the effort and would still be the jelly belly guy/girl if they were still with the ex. Anyway, you are doing well. keep it up. Author ndt
it's funny, I completely you agree with you on that. It's such a vicious cycle. However, I feel like people aren't successful with weight loss because it's an overall lifestyle change. I've incorporated balanced-meals and HIIT / weight-lifting and it's improved my figure so much. I look back at old photos and wonder how I ever let myself go like that and it's because I didn't have the education or proper mindset to follow suit. And thank you. Definitely still going...
