How much time do you work out each week?

For me, 5 days a week. I start with my morning 5 mile walk. Followed by 3 days per week of yoga class and I skate 5 days a week as well. I teach figure skating so its very important to keep up my stamina. This works for me. I think whatever works for you do it.

everyday i do decline push ups 300

200 dips

many dumbell exrcises

20 min cardio

and my fav is the bar ..... chin ups pull ups

 

around 2 hours a day i would say and every 2.5 weeks i stop for less than a week and then go on

i used to be super athletic.......endurance is my specialty.....i walked 7 to 8 km a day, aerobics yoga and kick boxing and then just for fun dance to cool down with.......i did a ridiculous number of hours...i had to fit it around kids, school and doing it solo while my ex worked away so i would just take them with me wherever i walked, one in a pram dog and four beside me walkin...smilin... that was fourteen years ago ....

 

at the moment i am wanting my fitness back my kids are older now....no prams...:0(....lol.....so i walk at night.been really depressed lately so pushin myself.... i do crunches, sit ups, push ups against a wall during the day and personal train once a week when i miss the training sesh i just do more walking....i am still a big girl but i have lost a fair amount of weight i wont say how much you probably wouldnt believe me, so lets just say i was much much bigger......ill get there.............i have a pretty strong will.......which people underestimate...sucker them huh..smilin atcha....i wish you much luck...and as nike says ...just do it.......good luck...deb

As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more. Want to aim even higher? You can achieve more health benefits if you ramp up your exercise to 300 minutes a week.
