Me and my wife have been seperated for 7 months now, no contact for 3.5 months, but haven't been served with any kind of paper whatsoever. She will not return my calls. Any help woud be appriciated.

djj Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 I am in Ontario and here it is one year of seperation before we can divorce..... which is hey... tomorrow! lol.... My ex has already started the divorce paperwork with her lawyer... hey at least it will save me a few bucks (presuming she doesnt stray to far from our seperation agreement!!!).
