So I lost about 8lbs over the past 6 months, which is great . However, I realized that my boobs have gotten considerably smaller as well and my thighs are still too fat... Is there any way I can reduce the fats on my thigh without losing more weight?

You can't spot reduce fat, get that out of your head. HIIT is best for fat burning :) As for your boobs...I have no idea...Giggity!

I'll go with the others and say that if you want to lose fat in target area, liposuction is probably your best bet.

 

Otherwise, congrats on the weight loss!

Yeah, unfortunately, those might be the genetic cards you've been dealt.

 

You could always do what all the fitness models do: liposuction, a little bit of T3/Clen, and a boob job.

 

Kidding aside, you just need to weigh what is more important to you: lower bodyfat or bigger boobs. If you still want your thighs smaller, stay the course with your solid nutritional plan and hard training. Ultimately, those 2 things make up most of your success anyway.

aerobic exercise, to me dance is the best way to tone your legs cause its damn fun.........lunges,work...not fond of them....but they do work.....hold a lunge position as long as you can do it till your leg starts to shake and repeat in sets of ten, five times each leg... whenever you have time and privacy do this it helps tone...i prefer dance ............ i said that already...lol......if your legs feel strong....and you feel fit and bouncy...then that fat is not as important as the way you feel....fit vs fat...fit wins out...it is natural for a woman to have some soft spots..and thighs cop that in a lot of women.......deb

Play roller derby! It's a great sport and awesome work.

 

My hips and thighs are still larger than I would like, but they are very toned. Also, my butt is now firm and round and this- I am not complaining about!
