365daysgone
I'm 24 and in Ontario Canada. I don't drink ad find nothing more unattractive than a girl that is wasted. Maybe it's just me, but when do girls mature and leave that party scene? I understand some people - girls and guys - love it and it is just their "thing". It's a hobby to them. But, it seems very hard to find girls that don't go to clubs or bars. I mean, at 24, you'd think it would kind of get left behind as something that college kids do. It just seems so juvenile to me. It depends on the girl. If you think a 24 year old girl getting smashed at da club is unattractive, wait until you see the 35 year old getting smashed at da club. If you don't drink or party then that's just not your thing, nothing wrong with it. I don't know Ontario at all but it seems like there would be girls around that aren't into that scene. I agree, they will be hard to find.

The two are not connected. I'm 30. I don't go to clubs, but I do go out a lot. More to pubs and bars. There is nothing immature about it though. I like it, I have fun. It's also almost a necessity, in my line of work, as that's where ALL of the socialising occurs. If you don't want to date someone who likes to go out, don't. But it has nothing to do with age or maturity
MrCastle
While I have said many times the bar/club life is not for me, even as the college boy I am now, partying is not immature to me. People are more than capable of going out and having fun and enjoying themselves while also holding steady jobs and relationships, among other things. Immaturity to me is being shallow, vapid, flakey. Agreeing to a date then cancelling the hour before. Not responding to texts in a reasonable amount of time. Having no empathy or consideration for how your actions affect others, etc. That's immaturity to me and I see it in the overwhelming majority of women my age (25). I'm not saying it's an age thing as you can be immature for your whole life but in my experience, late late 20s and early 30s is when I feel like women "grow up," or "get it."
miss_jaclynrae
Age is not an indicator. I got married at 18, going out wasn't my thing. Went crazy after our divorce for a year and it got old real fast. At 22 I rarely ever went out, let alone got trashed.

Ugh, the binge drinking and partying is big turn-off to me. I got wasted really hard a couple of times when I was fifteen and seventeen and that turned me away from the raging-alcohol-let's-party-like-crazy almost instantly. The nights and mornings after the drinking was enough to seal the deal for me, LOL. I am not against the idea of partying, partying is fun. But not in the case where excess alcohol or drugs is included, no way. That's just sheer stupidity and I get tired of stupidity really quickly. Having fun at a party with a girl to me doesn't mean getting ****-faced and suffering from acute amnesia the next morning regarding what nocturnal activities transpired during the late hours. It needs to be a little more refined to suit my tastes. There may be fewer girls like what you want, but they are out there.
Anela
I was pretty mature at a very early age. Too much so, in fact.

Maybe it's just me, but when do girls mature and leave that party scene? I recall being your age, not drinking/using drugs and being completely unaware of the 'party scene', though it did impact me indirectly when invading the workplace after work, generally alcohol/cocaine. I never considered the women immature, rather making adult choices to inebriate themselves and engage in random sex acts with persons other than their spouses. If anything, I considered that period one of valuable education about the breadth of human existence and psychology. A gift. Good luck.
phineas
they don't Depends on the woman. I meet a lot of separated & freshly divorced women my age (late 30's early 40's) & they party hard. They are not suitable for anything but friendship or FWB right now.
tart6245
You'd be surprised how immature some girls can be...
tart6245
Agreed. Sadly some women think that if a guy has sex with them, they automatically value them as something special and hence have an overinflated self worth even when they are worthless. I mean, guys will accept sex from nearly anyone if they offer it to them. I'm dealing with that now.
mesmerized
Depends what you define maturity. I don't think not wanting to go out and dance and drink means being immature unless one does it very often.

People mature at different ages, if they mature at all. Some never do. Don't waste your time waiting for a party girl to change. There are plenty of girls with good heads on their shoulders at 24. Don't go looking in da club for them.
