What does this mean?

Recommended Posts

depends. If I said that it would mean just that- I was confused on what I truly wanted. Since most people act like little babies, many who say that are just too pussy to say the truth (ie they just don't want to be together) and think feeding BS is the way to go.

It' s funny though because when I told my ex that I don't think we should be togethere for reasons that on his part that's when he said that he doesn't know what he wants! I was thinking to myself..wait I am the one breaking up with you here! It was wierd because he didn't see it coming and never ever initiated anything before. I would always tell him if you want to break up you should be honest and tell me while we were dating but he never said anything until I said something!

hmm, sounds like he wanted to try and flip it and act like it was his decision to end the relationship.

My ex would do this all the time. I would say/do something then suddenly she would do the same thing.

Example:

-I told her once i needed some time to just think about some stuff. I took a week of not talking with her and then I went to contact her and she told me she now needed time to think. She would not have done that if I never said it first.

It is a sign of immaturity.

You are right! Its so wierd. I still want to be friends with him but he acts distant at times and doesn't like to talk about his feelings. I sent him his b-day gift in the mail and he calls me to tell me he got it..but says that he has something to say about it. He couldn't talk at the moment and said that he would tell me later but he has not called me back. It's been a week! Do you think that he might not want the gift? He knew for a while I had bought him something but....

Anyways, Wierd..what part of Canada are you from?

He is doing the classic "I have something to say but not right now" routine and never ends up saying what he apparently had to say. I have experienced that before. Hell, I still experience it with my ex. It is so damn silly and can be very annoying. What did you get him for his bday?

I'm in Ontario.

My ex is giving me the 'I dont know what I want' line for a month now.

I guess I should have just stayed away and let him figure out what it is he wants, but I did not and yesterday he told me that he does not love me anymore and does not want to be my boyfriend ever again.

I guess when a guy says that he does not know what he wants, he either wants to break up or he wants to make sure that he wants to break up.

Wierd,

I got him a $75.00 gift check and a wallet. I also got him a card that is really funny. Nothing personal. Something I would give a friend (I don't give cheap gifts). I just don't see the point of prolonging what he had to say. If he didn't want the gift...he should have just told me. No big deal, right?

I think the reason he acts the way he does is because he has been cheated on by his girlfriend of 5 years. She married some other guy and didn't even tell him.

The reason I still talk to him is because I want to be there for him because I think he is cool. The funny thing is that he doesn't have a problem of talking to any of his other ex's...but with me it seems that he does. I don't know how I can get him to open up to me again. Any suggestions?

Anyways, I am from Toronto, ON too.

Nice gift.:)

He probably likes it and any negative thing I could see him saying would maybe be "you shouldn't have"

Well if he has an issue talking to you but not other exes then it prolly emans he has feelings for you while he doesn't for the other ladies. Common human characteristic to act weird around people you care about and be fine with people you don't. Totally boggles my mind how that happens but it does.:(

Toronto? Cool. I'm 20 mins outside of T.O.
