Sugar_Cube Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Hi all, I have a question. My friend said she found out this morning about her H looking at alot of porn. Well, actually she knows he has been doing it for awhile now, they have been to counseling etc for it and nothing has changed on his part. However she said there was a video that was being downloaded and she saw the name of. Its called, Teen kids at nudist camps. This bothers her a great deal. I can see why. She isn't able to see what kind of video it is right now, being that its being downloaded from a place that has free movies etc. It on another server not the internet and she doesn't know how to view it. Not sure if she even wants too. she feels the name of the video is enough to let her know what it is. I think shes afraid it might be of kids, like kiddie porn. Personally, I think this is nasty and sick. She does too. Does anyone else feel that maybe he has some sort of real problem going on here? Just wanted others opinons, thanks.
Moose Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 A lot of men look at porn. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with it as long as it doesn't create maritial problems, and it's not done in excess. As far as a nudist colony video of teenagers, it depends on their ages I suppose. If the movie has any teens under 18, then that's a problem, not only legally, but pyscologically.
savethedrama4allama Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 A lot of porn claims to be of "teens" because they think it is what men want, but if you look at it the women definitely aren't teens. I think she should check this out, because if they are young-looking girls there is certainly a much deeper issue than plain porn-viewing. If I caught my sig. other viewing underage porn, I'd call the cops to confiscate his computer and have him charged with posession of child pornography. No joke.
Sugar_Cube Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Hey moose thanks for replying. Yes I know alot of men look at porn and she knows this as well. I think it bothers her because of what it may be. I mean the title in itself is kind of disturbing. I also know sometimes the titles of things are not always what something is actually about. I just hope its not what shes thinking. Thanks again.
Sugar_Cube Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Hi save, thanks for your reply. She said she did a search on movies of teen kid nudist camps just to see what it brought her. She said it was families, on vacations at nudist camps/resorts. However it was things like, the moms and dads and kids like preteen boys and girls, and younger. Now, thats what she found when she did the search guess it doesn't mean thats what movie he was viewing I don't know. She said the teens looked like the were 12 or 13 and some kids like 7 or so. Actual people, not something staged or set up for them to look young like some sites do, they were actually that young.

morrigan Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 This is from a discussion of child pornography laws, from encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Child%20pornography " 'Pornography' is often defined to be the depiction of actual sexual activity. Nudist magazines with depictions of nude underage persons may not fall in this category and are widely available in some countries.. . . . In at least one case, nude pictures of small children in bath tubs have been declared to be child pornography, while in another case, females under 18 exposing their breasts has been found not to be child pornography because there was no physical contact (see Girls Gone Wild)." While a person can claim there is a difference between a 17 year old willingly being nude in photo/film and a 7 year old who does not realize the sexual intent of something, to my mind they are both exploitive of persons who are not mature enough to realize the full implications. A parent's photo of their child playing naked in a pool is one thing, a naked child posed in an adultlike or sexual manner is a whole other story. Same way with people who view child pornography. They do not all go out and commit pedophilic acts, yet I don't think that gives them the right to look at materials of children who weren't able to give their full consent. They might be nice, but they still have a disturbing sexual problem.
