Naive Posted November 14, 2004 Share Posted November 14, 2004 Hey all, So I went to the gym yesterday and all I can say today is OUUUUUUUUUUTCH!!!!!!! Having a sore body is definitely a b*tch!!!!!!! My trainer is one of the hottest guys I know except he was soooo serious!!! My body is killing me right now I need some advils........SOON!!!!!! I really hope I can tone up. It's not pathetic that you've never gone before.. lot's of people never do.. this will be good for you in a lot of ways.. strength, endurance, disipline... and uh... a hot trainer! YAY! Sukotto Posted November 14, 2004 Share Posted November 14, 2004 Well i was at the gym today and my upper boddy is more or less dead, i spent an hour just doing weights which isn't something i've done before but apparently I've to start putting on muscle than burn fat. What makes it worse is that I have to go back tomorrow and Tony my trainer wants me to start drinking protein shakes because I don't eat very much high protein food. Best way to resolve muscle aches is a nice hot bath, bubbles and duck are optional. Link to post Share on other sites
