bumblebee22 Posted August 30, 2013 Share Posted August 30, 2013 I posted a couple of threads about my ex and how I'm coping and at first I was doing way better but since Monday I have been a mess. I haven't eaten anything in 5 days and I feel the effects it's having on my body. I'm not trying to starve myself, I just don't feel hungry. In fact, I've been throwing up a lot as well (no food actually comes out as there is no food but I'll spare you the gross details). I feel so lightheaded and I have no energy - i know I need to eat! I just can't. I also am having trouble sleeping, I constantly wake up from nightmares. I hate feeling this way. How long is this anxiety going to last?????? Link to post Share on other sites
DM42 Posted August 30, 2013 Share Posted August 30, 2013 The advice is obvious, eat something and you will feel better. If you can't eat a lot then have some dark chocolate, almonds or blueberries. Yes, you'll break his heart & weigh down on his conscience, but for how long? 12 months? 12 years? After he's regained happiness what do you get? What do you do if you're dead? Look after yourself.
