Help should I tell my GF to leave me alone ?

My Ex GF left me a little over 5 months ago after a 7 year relationship to persue her total independance and career in accounting.

During separation she has been seeing other people and contacting me on a regular basis ( appox twice a week).

I get confused when she emails, phones or calls around to see me and I try to act level headed and cool .

However my heart gets ripped to shreds, everytime she contacts me.

She signals to me that things could possibly work out between us, then I realise that it is all a game to her.

I get depressed and dissapointed when she leaves again or goes out with her girlfriends, tarting on a night out not worrying about me.

What is she doing am I being cleverly manipulated by my ex ? It is hard for me to move , I don't want to be a fill in person for her in case dont work out for her in the so called greener pastures .

Or... is she thinking about possibly getting back down the track, I'm totaly confused

To be honest with you - I can't think of any - especially when you were on the wrong side of the break-up & clearly not over it:

It could be intentional or it could not - but it doesn't really matter because the result is the same. You're left with false hopes & dashed expectations & a heart that is ripped to shreds.

 

Whatever she tells you, the truth for you right now is that she is gone, so deal with the reality. You need time away from her to process what has happened to you & try to get over her & move on.

yeah man tell ehr to leave you alone by sort of giving her the reason why and then watch her get all pissy because you don't want to talk to her.

So true weird. My girl breaks up with me and then gets all pissy when I told her I don't want to talk with her anymore. Girl, you just ripped my heart out and you can't understand why I don't want to see you or speak with you? Well, she got mad and has not contacted me at all. Probably a good thing too because I would have been weak if she did.
