trinkletinkle
Hello. I'll try to make this short and to the point. So yes, my bf is back after a month of being away from each other. He surprised me! We weren't supposed to see each other for 3 months! And yes I am very happy to see him, but he thinks I'm looking at him weird and not acting like myself. How do I explain to him that I'm not uncomfortable with him here? Ugh. I really am happy to see him, but I wasn't the one who picked him up from the airport since I was already busy. So we ended up hanging out with friends before I had any alone time with him to get physical and gushy. I really love him and want him to understand that but he's the one giving me weird vibes... Any advice? I want to make the most of it, since he's leaving again in a couple days.
ThisGal
YAY! Lol I guess he wanted to see you jump for joy and into his arms. But I can understand why all that had to wait until you two had some alone time. He wants to feel appreciated and cared about, I mean he did surprise you with a visit. Just assure him that you are very excited to see him, just surprised and not sure how to react ha. Hug him, kiss him, show him that you're just as excited as he is. He'll eventually get over the accusations of you acting weird. I won't get to see my b/f until the end of Nov Enjoy your time together! justwhoiam
Don't do anything. He will understand, and learn for next time. You were not his priority. The surprise idea went a bit wrong, and he must have realized it. Unless he's a complete fool and thinks it was great. And he'd do it again. I would have made sure to have some alone time with you, were it even for one hour. And then, only then, think of going out with friends. He didn't manage things well.
