dodgethebullet
I've know this girl who I'll call M for 3 years now and with each passing day I feel as my emotions and feelings are getting stronger. We live in separate countries and see each other frequently each summer. In our first 2 years we flirted and teased each other but we were unable to progress anything since we were both in our respective relationships - it was a mutual agreement that we would wait before trying anything. So those 2 years passed and she broke up with her boyfriend of a year and we started to talk a bit more. My ex broke up with me during the happy time of New Year's day and I was shell shocked from it. I turned instinctively to this one girl who had captured my heart. In June this year she invited me to her Prom in Paris, we had an incredible time and slept twice together (no sex involved just a bit of oral sex and a lot of kissing). Some of her friends mentioned that she talks a lot about me and that I should take care of her. After I came back to London (where I live), we started to talk even more and she told me things like "the only person I want you to make love with is me" and "I want to kiss, cuddle and snuggle up with you and drink beers with you". 3 days ago she told me some highly personal stuff that she hasn't told any of her family members or her closest friends. However, the down side is is that she doesn't want to risk a LDR because she can't handle the distance and doesn't any of us .... I 've asked her discreetly quite a few times and she keeps saying the same thing, although sometimes it does seem as if she's acknowledging how strong our feelings are. We both really, really like each other - this is a certainty, but how can we overcome this distance? How can I persuade her that we cannot give up on this and let these feelings go to waste? Further information: For the moment it REALLY is impossible as I'm going to University in the North of my country and she's just started her last school year, but she has told me that the Uni I'm going to is actually one on her list for next year !!! so if I manage to make her come here we might have a chance after all .... do Unis in the UK help foreigners enough in terms of finance? How can I bring this up? Thanks guys.
