myfairyking Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 It really bothers me (like, a lot) He's bought porn (i mean seriously, who's stupid enough to do that?!), had a porn collection and bought a sex toy (and expensive one; after promising he wouldn't) and didn't tell me for months (he told me he wasn't planning on telling me) He said that he's gotten rid of his porn collection and that the sex toy thing will never happen again but he really ruined my ability to trust him (and i can only take his word that he's going to change) I really can't get over the fact he's that kind of person and the lies hurt most of all. I'm worried I'll never be able to let this go and will never be able to trust him (we've gone down hill a lot since this happened and I can't help but blame him for it.) How am I supposed to move on from this?

(Agree, purchasing is stupid when you can get it for free) Lots of people use sex toys to enhance their lives. Why is that a problem for you? Because it was expensive? I'm having trouble figuring out whether this is about money or a difference in beliefs regarding porn/sex toys.
