How to physically be more rugged?

I want to be a more rugged guy. I am turning 25 years old next month and no matter what, I don't attract women. I haven't had a flirt or a number in I don't know how long, and I haven't hooked up with a girl in nearly a year. I have confidence, a good personality, I'm 6 feet tall, have a deep voice, I'm intelligent, never tried drugs, don't party hard, never been in jail and I play guitar, travel and am into fishing and the outdoors.

 

How can I physically be more rugged?

Your best chance isn't to change how you look, but how you act. Be more aggressive. Be more aggressive hitting on girls. Be more aggressive in getting numbers. Be more aggressive in trying to hook up.

This is actually a good strategy for getting girls in the US.

 

It's not necessary though.

 

If you're looking for sex, I suggest bars and clubs. If you don't like bars and clubs, go anyway and get comfortable there. Be aggressive.

 

If you're looking for relationships, meeting through friends and work would be best.

 

If you're looking for marriage, you're sh*t out of luck in western countries unless you want a 50% chance of losing your shirt in divorce.

Women want to be romanced by the drug addicted, twice-arrested, bad boy and have him turn into the nice guy who has a good job, likes the outdoors and will take her fishing.

 

You have to be aggressive, pushy, and simply not take no for an answer until she is yelling at you, calling you a jerk and slapping you. Otherwise you'll wake up one day, single and 35 like a coworker of mine.

 

edit: I'll post some pics of me. I'm hideous and I still get girls, this guy is way prettier than I am he shouldn't be having problems on that account.

I didn't look at your pics BTW so my comments have nothing to do with your looks.

 

He's a pretty handsome dude. His carrot top hair color might be blinding the ladies though.

I don't think there is anything wrong with your look, but if you want to be more rugged, then look at the way the guys you look up to dress and do their hair, and emulate it.

Working out has made my face look more "masculine," which I guess by definition means more rugged. So I would suggest even just moderate weight lifting to increase those T levels.

 

My hairstyle is short, but long enough that I can style it different kinds of ways. I like the messy, just-got-out-of-bed or just-had-hot-sex look. So that's what I usually wear.

 

I wear exclusively Levis 501 jeans. No other kind of jeans. All black boots, solid white, solid black, or solid grey t-shirts. Awesome, hard to find jackets. That's it. I want people to identify me with that kind of image. Think James Dean and dudes like that. "Classic cool" is what I call it. No frills, manly style.

 

You can go a lot of different ways. You can probably go the hipster route, grow out a full, thick beard, wear some plaids, you would have that grizzly lumberjack look. Especially since you're tall.

 

I'm short and skinny so I go for the trendy chic kind of look. You go with what works for your body type and stuff.

 

You would be surprised what changing your hairstyle and fashion sense can do for your dating life.

 

I couldn't get a girl to send me sexual vibes until I shaved my face. Facial hair just doesn't work for me. Clean shaven and I get a lot of looks. You on the other hand may get more if you grow yours out. You never know. Experiment with different looks and decide what works for you.

DON'T DO THAT lol. Your haircolor is fantastic. I love it.

 

 

I agree the pics with the fish are best. Letting your hair just kinda fall naturally without any product in it, it's lovely :)

Maybe try some facial hair? I think facial hair would look hot on you. Don't overdo it, just some scruff.

 

You have a young looking face, which isn't bad, you'll need it when you're no longer young, haha.

 

When I see 25-27 year olds on TV I feel like they look so much older than me. Then I think, "well....I'll look younger than them in my 40s"
