steveT95
I have had some serious confident issues this year, particularly at college. In the past I have been called arrogant. I'm well aware I can be. When I returned to college after the summer I forced myself to be as confident as possible, to make new friends and not feel intimidated by my ex. But, I've been told it come across as very arrogant now. With certain people I can get quite loud. I think it comes from been generally quiet and introverted, but I've forced myself out of it. I don't want to be arrogant, but I rarely know when I'm being too confident. I'm worried it is making me less appealing as a person. Sometimes I'm just jolly, singing a tune but even that may come across as arrogant or obnoxious.
mea_M
More often than not, a lack of Self confidence can steer a person in the direction of arrogance. Probably best at this point to do a little inward soul searching. Lots of times, taking a minute or two to get to know who you are really helps. Good luck. Mea:)
Author steveT95
I think I've been worried about how I am perceived. Always keen to make a good impression. My general opinion of myself is a good one, but maybe I'm just an arrogant narcissist.
