steveT95
I'm sure I've asked similar questions before. I'm currently bulking but want to start eating cleaning, particularly between meals. I'm fed up with my flab and want to lower my fat percentage. Can anyone suggest some snacks to replace biscuits and crisp that are easy to grab quickly, taste nice and are low in fat? Sunshinegrl
Probable answer to what you want to hear: fresh fruits, nuts, yogurt, small salad, protein bar or shake. But anything can be a snack. I pack brussels sprouts for a snack. Or a boiled egg. Or peanut butter and celery. Those things just take a bit more preparation.
veggirl
Make a batch of crispy chickpeas. Take a couple cans of chickpeas and drain, layout on a cookie sheet & dry them as best you can. Season with whatever you want and bake til crispy. Kinda like peanuts! They get crunchy and taste like whatever you put on them. Yummy snack.

FitChick
Definitely do NOT eat Trader Joe's Pumpkin Chocolate Mousse Cake. I did not lose any weight when I ate the whole thing.

HokeyReligions
Baked low sodium potato chips and rice cakes. Dried fruits with no sugar. Those are hard to find sometimes. If you have a dehydrator you can make them yourself. I like dried tomato slices with lite sourcream dip. You can get lowfat sourcream and mix with something called Kickin' Chicken seasoning and finely chopped chives. That's good - or mix with dry onion soup mix but that has a lot of salt. Or just use a lite ranch dressing as a dip or mis with sour cream. A bag of baby carrots in the fridge is a quick easy snack. Lots of healthy choices. Oops gotta go - my pizza is here........
