This has been the toughest 3 weeks of our breakup- and we're staying together

Well for any of you that have followed my heartbreaking posts. It has been a long 3 weeks where I asked my BF to leave. He had been verbally abusive towards me and my son- and it had to stop. We both needed a wakeup call.

 

I stopped taking the phentremine- (which by the way if any ladies take it- can affect your central newrvous system) it made me a bitch.

 

And he needed perspective on his own attitude. He is staying with his (married) brother. We have spent 2 weekends together (the 3rd he moved out) and we are talking alot. It feels different. I am more honest about what I want from him and what I am expecting. He says he can give this to me. For the time being he wants to live apart (and I agree) so that we can both work on ourselves, our kids, and continue talking.

 

I actually like my space alone. I have never been alone since my divorce. I moved in directly with him, so the kids and I have never had time to ourselves.
