Empaths and presence of spirits

If someone is a empath- ie tuned in to a psychic or spiritual realm, but have no control over their gift, can being in the presence of spirits be draining and depressing?

An empath is one that can tune into the emotions of those around them, whether they are good or bad. So yes, if there is negative emotions from others, a sensitive emotional empath will feel negative themselves, and drained. It's why many emotional empaths need to have their own alone time.

 

The psychic I deal with picked up the fact that I am an empath. I notice that I pick up anxiety over other emotions. I can be fine and then out of no where start shaking, worrying for unknown reasons and just feel off. More often than not I've found out that someone near me was going through those things.

The presence of lower realm spirits can be draining and magnify your repressed emotional mis-qualified energies. A person who has a higher level of consciousness is less affected by the lower spiritual realms as he or she is tuned to a higher spiritual realm. Lower spiritual realms are very close to the material world (our physical earth), which is why it affects certain people more than others.

 

However, the reason why some people are picking up these mis-qualified energies is because they are UNWILLING to resolve certain blockage in their life, be it repressed emotions that they incurred from past lives or current life with failed relationships be it with their parents, their lovers and their friends. They take the typical run or flight and not face their issues and continue the status quo of meeting and being with the same type of lovers, friends etc. These repressed emotions, if not resolved, get magnified in the presence of others who have similar repressed emotions as you do! In Karmic relationships, you will feel a sense of nervousness and unease. In non-Karmic loving relationships, you will NOT feel the sense of nervousness at all. In fact, you felt you guys are meant for each other. And it does not take an empath to feel that. Normal people sense that, but we are programmed by culture to deal and play dating games so we ignore it! Since the Universe acts as a cosmic mirror, it mirrors back the same repressed emotions back to you. Even the best trained psychics and mediums can not evade these spirits as these people generally tap into the lower spiritual realms which operate at a lower frequency (emotional energies); whereas trained highly experienced mediums who commune with God, Jesus Christ, Mother Mary Archangels, the Chohans, Ascended Masters and so forth are not affected by any lower realm energies.

 

Of course, when people play with Tarot cards, divination tools and reserve psychics who deal with lower realm beings, then it does not matter how well trained you are in your spiritual training, you will be influenced. It's the same in the real physical world. No matter how good person you are, when you associate yourself with bad people, eventually they will turn you!

 

What is important is what is within you. Your INNER CONDITION dictates your OUTER CONDITION for the inner condition (your subconscious) projects your real life. We operate with 90% subconscious engaged and only 10% of the conscious. Which is why there's an old saying and that is, life is just like an iceberg where you only see the tip of it. The rest lies underneath the water. Most psychics and people who dabble with the occult or Tarot cards or divination tools are only using less than 10% of their talents. Since God only rewards those who use his talents wisely for the higher realm, you will not be able to tap into the rest of your gifts. Which is why some people felt they have no control over the spiritual realm. Well you do at the higher realms because God's workers respect YOUR FREE WILL. In the lower realms, spirits there DO NOT RESPECT YOUR FREE WILL. That is the difference! Which is part of the reason why some people felt they have no control over their gift. Ultimately though, any Empath, healers, seers, mediums want to channel pure high vibrational energy from the higher realm -- from God. And you aren't able to do this if your mind is filled with anxiety, fear, anger, hatred, remorse etc.. These are emotional blocks!

 

To fix anyone's repressed emotions, there are people out there who deal with the higher realm and can act as a conduit for you to remove all negative energy blocks as well as remove past baggages either through E.F.T or Cognitive therapy and teach you to use spiritual protection prayers and prayers to remove your dependence on lower realm spirits as well as special grounding techniques so you don't get too affected by using physical techniques to stabilize yourself. You'll see that some psychics use physical weight (being over-weight) as a way to ground themselves. This is UNNECESSARY if you are dealing with higher realms.

FWIW, whenever I have felt spirits (& I have no control over my "gift") they always gave me a feeling of peace. They were never draining.

Open Book brought this topic up after a preachers kid committed suicide. Light bulb going off all over the place hearing her words. Looked it up and it answered a lot of questions.

 

I would suspect quite a few people here are empaths. One member here I am 100% sure of.

 

OP- is there something going on? Do you want to talk more about this? Or are you just looking for info.

 

Deb, I have theories also. My son is empathic, but in a different way. He can't be in crowds at all. One time he literally passed out at a concert- too many people, he was absorbing everything...his personality is not empathic per se. I think he may operate in the prophetic.

 

I think seasonal change has much to do with this and holidays...holidays are not joyful times anymore. Sometimes it's so bad that the physical drain is too much, which could be why my physical infirmities exist. This doesn't even count the spiritual warfare and just regular stuff that goes on in life.

 

IMO there is a difference between empaths and the prophetic/psychic (in secular terms). I just feel everything and am extremely sensitive...

I can definitely tell the difference between lower realm spirits and higher ones,I

Have constant spirits present ,one of my dogs whenever I picked him up would growl constantly all around me at things not there ,but did this with no one else. I did notice I did tarot once and was inundated with the worst sort for eight days it was horrible,worst time of my life now I understand why.i don't normally have to deal with that at all.

i am an empath........i actually have to go to hospital......psyche ward.....they are tryign to stabalize me......have had massive problems my daughter has carved her arm up her boyfriend is an alcholic and as an empath i am ....now sucicidal.....so i dont think i want to be empathic anymore..i was already sick and becauser i am unable to control anythign at the moment i am perpetually ill.........rather have a labotomy....but god has other ideas...i am meant to be approachable and help people...it is my job......i just dont get paid....if i were to straighten up and admit things to myself....listen to my dreams which are often prophetic.......and follow gods will i would probably have it easier....but i am fighting it.....i think god is mistaken about me......i just want to kamikaze bomb out......coward that i am....deb
