Question about teeth? (Not sure if right board or not)

Hello to all,

 

I have a ? for you. Ok to begin with I am 33, and I wear a top partial, due to a car accident.

Well in the past I was not worried about it, but I have been single (no dating) for 1 1/2 yrs now.

 

I have met this guy that I really like and we are planning on going out soon. I know at

some point there will be kissing. I know he will be able to tell then, so should I tell him

before it gets to that point? Or just not tell him?

 

If I don't tell him will he totally freak out or what?

 

No one ever knows it is not my teeth unless I tell them, so thats a good thing. At least I think

it is.

 

But if someone could tell me how to go about this I would really appreciate it.

I'd be open and honest with him about it. You can say something like "look, this is embarrassing to me to bring up this way but a few years back I was in a car accident and ended up having to have a top partial and I thought you would want to know." I don't think he'd be too freaked out by that.

all six of my front upper teeth are crowns, and i am 25. i eventually told my bf, but they are my teeth, if they are not prone to popping off then i would tell him when ever you feel like it.

 

i knew a guy in college with a partial in front, he had gotten into a fight though.
