Does a kiss on first/second date always lead to another?

A guy I went on second date with kissed me (passionately) before we departed, does this always lead to another date? I haven't heard from him for a few days.. I'm confused as to why he would kiss me and not want to see me again?

Doesn't matter how a guy kisses you, that's just a kiss at the end of the day.

And no, obviously it doesn't always lead to another date....considering what I've seen men put their mouths on I wouldn't be too excited, if he's interested he's going to contact you soon (likely would have already)...especially after a "passionate" kiss if it actually meant something...it's a shame so many people kiss like dead sea turtles, then it might not be such a big deal.

Nope.

Lots of people will make out with total strangers at bars/parties/first dates.

It could mean nothing.

and just for fun.

I had this 2 different times. Went on the first date and kissed them. But after i got home i started thinking it over in my mind whether or not to continue. But never pursued after that.

Why didnt I? Well one seemed like she was so busy she was looking for someone to entertain her when she was free and i want a full on committed relationship.

The other one seemed a bit psycho to me and played games.

I did have intentions to continue but when youre on a date ur a bit high and dont think properly

That's just confusing, but I guess sometimes if the kiss doesn't feel exactly right then you probably wouldn't go on another date.

No. A kiss doesn't mean there's going to be more.

I hate to admit it but sometimes men (and women!) make out (or more) at the end of the date just because we can.

Sometimes you spend an evening with someone and realize your probably don't have long term potential but you're still attracted to them. You figure, "might as well enjoy this" and kiss/make-out/ect.

Texting afterwards is a much better indication of interest.
