I know it is just a movie but this one girl with small boobs wearing a top that showed her chest a bit tried applying for a job at this store then this other girl with similar attire and bigger boobs - instantly got the same job like literally the guy hired her on the spot wonder why? Hahaha

Is this true in real life? Can girls or women really get away with getting jobs by their looks?

Napy,

Appearance definitely counts during a job interview.

This includes good grooming, decent clothes, light make-up, and nice hair.

In real life, I've never known a woman to instantly get hired because she has bigger boobs.

UActually, they're not seen professional or taken seriously in the workplace they have more issues usually than flatter chested women IMO.

Yah for sure. I've seen some women in sales that are average at best but put up huge numbers cause they're sexy and deal mostly with men. Sad, but true.

I also know a lot of retail stores where the persons looks are considered important. They have to fit the "brand image", which evidently means good looking.

My ex did the hiring for a high end retail store. No matter how good you were for the job, if you were larger than a size 8, and quite attractive, they wouldn't hire you. They;re not allowed to legally say that though.....but it's true.

As a lifelong employer, all I can say is this...If all is equal, the better looking one will get the job...Nice tits and an ugly mug doesnt fly, either..

Its universally true for men and women, though...

If you have the goods(between the ears) thats what counts the most..I dont hire dumbells...I dont care what they look like..

TFY

Depends on the type of job I guess.

If you are selling something then it is helpful to be better looking-the better looking the better the chances of getting hired.

If it was an assistant type job then it is just plain creepy to hire the better looking person. It really should be irrelevant.

I've worked as a receptionist in the past and looking good was part of the job.

My current job is way different, being good looking is less desirable- to the point where you cant wear anything someone could even remotely look up down or through

Maybe in certain industries or entry level positions, but in my experience, the further up you go, the more respect you will get for actual merit raher than T&A.

Grooming is important, but boobs? erm no. Makes it harder for women to be taken seriously in the corporate world.

In the blue collar, male dominated world, boobs rule. The most common complaint I hear from well-endowed female friends is that guys talk to their chest all the time. I've noted, once the girls 'get out', even conservative clothing can't stop the procession. They definitely don't lack for job opportunities, though. Some have even parlayed those into management where and when the quantity and quality of their brains matches that of their breasts. In business, one uses the assets one has. Good on 'em for that. The world continues to rotate.
