zara
Thanks Confused - that's what every girl needs to hear You should replace them because historically, they have gotten weaker over the years, although with the new materials this is likely to be less true, i would still regard it as healthy to maintain any device that you put into your body. I think next time i might go bigger

I spend a lot more time getting to know the person. I'm not staring at her boobs. In fact, I make it a point to maintain eye contact. I want her to know I am interested in her, not her boobs.... If I want to check other aspects of her out, I'll do it when she isn't looking

Maybe things have changed in the last 2-3 years but that was standard. I consider any cut that requires either of those (stitches/tape) an open wound... maybe I'm wrong, I'm certainly not an expert...
blind_otter
I couldn't do it. I don't like the idea of having surgery unless it's medically necessary. My whole family works in the medical professions, either pharmacists, nurses, or doctors, and I have heard some HORROR stories. Also, I saw the surgical procedure once. That's just me, afraid to go under anasthesia. Plus I really like my little boobs. I would look weird with tits that were any larger, though, I think - and also (probably because I have small breasts) every man I've been with (and woman, hahaha) has said that it's all about the nipple. Like, preferrably small nipples that easily become erect. But hey, whatever tickles your pickle. Just cause I wouldn't do it doesn't mean anything. But I like women and men, and I prefer natural breasts. I dated one girl in college with implants and they didn't feel all billowy and squishy like the other girl I dated. Like, they were squishy, but the texture was different.

My wife just had breast reduction that went very well and the insurance paid for most of it. I think that the incisions with breast augmentation are much smaller and you are able to hide the place where the scar is. Confused I don't judge a woman on the size of her breasts but to me big breasts are icing on the cake Always have been a boob man. I like the breast and all the rest! Author snilljente
An open wound is just that "open"...once an opening has been stitched closed, it is just that "closed". There are 3 ways that surgeons can put in breast implants, EITHER through the belly button (not preferrable per my doctor because the further away from the breast the entry, the worse the final "result", under the arm, through a small incision under the breast in the fold, OR through a small incision around the nipple, which, depending on what type of implants and where you are placing them (i.e. under the muscle, over the muscle) can lend the best result..it's really dependent on quite a few things, but there are no open wounds. Author snilljente
For those of you that have had implants, how much swelling did you experience and how long did it take for it to go down? The worst of the pain has passed and I am just wondering about swelling now? Thanks!
