2sunny
I hope you get the D filed. You can finalize it when you're ready. Being a good father doesn't need proven over time - either you are or you're not. Filing for custody should show you intend to be a good father. Find out all of what you need to know to care for a baby on your own. Don't have sex with the cheater - it will mess with your mind, intentions and emotions. Make her move. It will be easier getting used to the separation when she's further away from you. Tell her to go back to work and leave the baby with you. Then request child support in the divorce papers. Toodamnpragmatic
you are and continue to be. Grow a damn spine (or a pair) and quit going on about your daughter and a broken home. She's only a few months old. This happened and you still have no idea whatsoever as to what really transpired or the whole story. Stop with the excuses. I applaud that you didn't out her at work, but you come across as a wimp. Either fight for your marriage or leave. You certainly don't lack confidence as to finding women, so start your damn life. Thanks for returning, always want updates, but you've told us nothing. As or your lawyer, not sure she gave you the best advise. harrybrown
So how would she feel if you had the affair? Have her move out and get a new job. Far away from you.
firemanq
We are sorry for your troubles. Most of us have been there, done that and got the crappy t-shirt. Do a search for: Ninja Husband Owl (a very wise man) Read their stories and you will see you are not the first to go through this, nor will you be the last. Anyone else want to add to my list? Feel free to do so. Who did the DNA? I would get another one done, quietly. She has lied to before, she could be lying again.
2sunny
I agree - another DNA test - and have the other man tested too!
