could my wierd dreams relate to me recently going insane

i keep having dreams about this strange place, a very large city and every dream im in different areas of it and there are always strange mutated animals that are half animal and half plant, for instence, there was a tree and all the leaves were birds with branches turning into their rib cage and there wings were all flapping, or theres giraffs and snakes that camoflauge as trees and coverd in flowers trying to kill me, have you ever seen that show kevin spencer, i feel like him, am i insane

I have read that the things you see in dreams are usually somehow related to how you are feeling about yourself.

 

Ie a person you see in your dream may be acting how you would like to act, or how you wouldn't like to act.

 

Lots of symbolism- I really don't know.

 

Sounds more like a trip than a dream
