Who here smokes? I've been struggling with quitting for the past 7 months or so. I made it 35 days and failed, then I made it 4.5 months and failed. I've been smoking for the past week, and can't breath again. That's why I quit the first time, so tomorrow morning I'm giving them up again. I've smoked for almost 25 years. I used to love smoking, but now I think it's one of the most disgusting addictions there is. I'm enbarrassed by it, and I hate the way it makes me smell.

I smoked when I was in high school.. but gave it up for a lot of reasons.

 

The way it smells alone is a good enough reason to quit even if there wasn't a million health reasons not to smoke..

 

My parents both still smoke and when I go to thier house.. whew it's a heavy smell of cigarettes. My Dad has been told by his Doctor that he MUST stop smoking and he is struggling with it.. I guess in some ways it must be harder for him to quit because he really doesn't want to and he is around my Mom who is smoking.. so yeah LOL she is like Eve tempting Adam I guess..

 

Good Luck with quitting, I wish you success.. every time you want one think about how it smells.. One of my gf's who quit smoking saved the cash she would have used for smokes and got a bottle of her favourite perfume as a reward for not smoking and smellin good
