You're right. Monogamy isn't natural. Animals aren't monogamous, so we shouldn't be either. We have urges, so we should follow them. In light of this, I have some suggestions for new societal guidelines:

 

- Abolish all toilets so that we can fufill our urge to use the bathroom wherever we please. Dogs do it. Why not us? Why do I have to wait to get to some porcelain bowl just to take a piss?! That is so unnatural. I have to pee. Why are you holding me back?

 

- Unrestricted freedom to walk around naked during the hot summer months. Why do I have to get picked up the cops if it's 90 degrees outside and I feel like strolling around in my birthday suit. I'm comfortable with myself, why arent you?

 

- Legalization of theft and burglary. If someone owns something I want and I can take it from them by force, why can't I do it? Animals do it.

 

- Legalization of murder. If someone pisses me off, I may get the urge to kill them. Why do I have to go to jail if I do so? You're restricting my freedom.

 

- Abolishment of all silverware, plates, microwave and range ovens. None of that is natural. You guys are pussies. You have hands and laps for a reason. Duh.

 

- Close all supermarkets. If people want food they should have to hunt for it. Buying frozen food isn't natural. You don't see cows standing in a field covered in frost...

 

Have fun with all that. I'm fairly certain sinner was just taking the piss with that last post, but this is just silly. Monogamy isn't "natural" so those who practice it are somehow "controlled" and "held back"?...Right. You're just desparately trying to find a reason for your negative behavior to be accepted as normality by everyone else. I don't even care if you don't want to be monogamous. That's a personal choice and neither on is "right" or "wrong". Hey, we all need someone to go to for the occasional booty call. So really, it's great if that's what floats your boat. Have fun. If someone is in a relationship they need to try their hardest not to cheat on their partner. The reason isn't because God, Buddah, or Allah tells you so. People who get 'bored' with sex with the same person or who can't manage commitment should, simply, not marry. There is no need whatsoever to change all of society or its institutions.
