dasher Posted December 17, 2004 Share Posted December 17, 2004 Im a shy guy and hate it. When good looking girls come up and talk to me I say a few words and just walk away. I look like an a$$ and if I like a girl I always send my friends to talk to her for me. I just want to stop doing this and was wondering if anyone had any advice. If you do then treat any girl you meet the same way you treat your friends of the opposite sex. There is really no diffrence from a verbal level. Yes, I know what your going to say. Your not attracted to your friends, so it's diffrent. But then maybe here lies your problem. Your letting attraction be your barrier. Don't be intimidated. It's just a person. Just talk. I can see being shy about approaching someone, I think most of us are, but Ii good looking girls are approaching you, you're already ahead of the game! Just go with the flow of the conversation. Ask her something that will require more than a yes or no answer. Once you start talking you will get more comfortable.
