Robert Z
The pool I use for swimming laps started getting cold. Every day I reported that the temp was too low and management turned up the heat. But the next day the water was still cold. Obviously they are having a problem with the heater. Nonetheless, I don't like to break my routine so I kept swimming. For a few days things were okay but I noticed that I was having a harder and harder time breathing properly. And I seemed to be low on energy. Last night I could only finish half of my desired routine. I took a thermometer with me being that the regular pool thermometer is broke. The water temp was 63 degrees F or less! Man, cold water like that just sucks the energy right out of you. And that would explain why my breaths seemed to be getting short. I knew the water was cold but 63 degrees is down into hypothermia territory. LOL!!! Edited November 10, 2013 by Robert Z
