There is nothing good about being a woman!!!

Seriously, i know this sounds very depressing but at the end of the day what is so good about being a woman? Please enlighten me????

No kidding, they can't open a jar for themselves, have no idea what all the "doohickeys" under the hood of a car does. They can't grasp the two-line pass rule in hockey. They are always moody and never satisfied. They have no idea what they really want from a man.

After reading your posts, and the nature of them - It doesn't sound like you are unhappy and depressed about being a woman, it sounds like you are unhappy and depressed about being yourself. I'm not trying to be funny, or harsh - but from your posts I've read it sounds like you have some problems with self esteem and depression which are aggravated by things you can't control in your relationship. I really hope that you can come to terms with whatever it is that is causing you to feel that way, and be able to go to bed at night and not think stuff like that.

 

As for being a woman in general, the only thing I can honestly say that irritates me about being a woman is PMS and the extremely painful periods I get.

Most of the women I have dated or known well have suffered from low self-esteem and depression. Although they won't reveal it until you know them fairly well.

the absolute BEST thing about being female? mention the phrase "female problems" or tell a guy that you're going to see a "lady doctor," and no further questions are asked, because that's such a gross subject to most of them. discussing something at work that needs to stay under wraps? just say you're talking about female problems, and your male boss/co-worker will steer off in the opposite direction! having problems? blame it on your period! again no man likes to delve too deeply in that area, which is nice.

 

women are seen as more loving and open, as more in touch with their giving side, they don't need an excuse to cry when they need to just cry -- they aren't looked down on as "weak."

 

frankly, the ONLY thing men have that I envy is the capability of peeing anywhere they want without having to squat, look for something to wipe with or expose their butts. otherwise, it's pretty damned cool being female!

i think you are lucky if you are a girl, i mean, we guys have to flex nuts and do all the work of asking girls out, and do all the work of being careful how frequent we have to date u girls so u dont get tired of us. and all girls do is sit around being all pretty and passively wait for a guy to do the work of askin her out. girls can drive men nuts! especially when they say things that they dont really mean which i cant understand what she really means you know what i mean? it can drive guys nuts! well this is my opinion about girls. whoa im goin to far with this/

hope you are feeling better about being a woman. here are few reasons why i think being a woman is great.

 

1.for starters:your not a man and that is a plus

 

2.there is on thing women can do that men will never do is bear children.

 

3.women drive men nuts.

 

4.without women there would be no men.

 

5.women do really run the country,ask bush

 

6.women always have to deal with pms; putting up with men's ****.

 

7.and best of all is when you hear the little one say mommy.

My disclaimer: I certainly don't mean ALL men do what I describe. With that, I also certainly don't mean that ALL women do what I describe.

 

For example: I am one woman who is not "passive" as one poster describes women. I am not high maintenance, so I don't worry about my fingernails. I also neverever use my womanhood/hormones as an excuse or way to get out of something.

Well, for starters a woman can get a man to do about anything.

 

For instance, everytime a woman on my dorm floor has a birthday, there's always the "going to a fancy restaurant with all the friends." However, on a guy's birthday there's never any mention of it (expect once when this guy's GF drove 8 hours to see him, so we had a party). You never see men helping other men carry stuff to a car on moving day, but women always have 3-4 guys carrying **** down for her. A woman can hug a guy and this can make anything better. Women have soft skin. Women have great hair.

 

Yeah, women are great. They make this world worth living in.

I think women try to be everything to everybody, and when that doesn't work, they get depressed. How about realising your limits and learning to live within them? We don't have to be better than men, we don't have to be like men. We are different, and in our difference we complement men.

Thing that I dislike is the hormonal aches and pains I go through each month...That I could live without. I'm lucky (or my husband is lucky) I don't get the mood swings!
