I am petite and already in decent shape now, but want more muscle and bigger muscle. I typically do 10-15 mins of stair stepper and several lunges, squats and other calisthenics with weights for leg day, which usually takes me 45 mins. I also do some weight training, but am a little intimidated by the machines. But I love the leg press and working out inner/outer thighs. Other than that I don't know how to use the other ones or what the proper technique is. As far as cardio goes, what is necessary when gaining muscle? What is your gym routine? How long do you stay? Do you take breaks? Pre-workout food/post workout food? How much do you workout a week? Cardio? Weights?
