Johnsmith1003 Posted November 25, 2013 Share Posted November 25, 2013 After seeing my wife's spontaneous love for the exercise ball to relieve her pain, I had the great idea of buying one for my computer desk. Something to know of me, ever since Day 1 (1997) I've been a constant computer guy. My professional job will require copious amount of computer use too. My posture/back has been affected pretty bad because I've used computer chairs as the norm forever. I've read using an exercise ball builds your core muscles, benefits from better posture and you aren't just stagnant the whole time. Anyone have experience or tips/benefits from doing this? Why I Switched My Office Chair with an Exercise Ball (and What It's Like) Many people here at work have gone to the stand up desk and fixed their back issues or circulation problems. I however still sit in a chair... Ikea sells legs that you can install on just about any desk that has a top or base and they adjust to make your desk a stand up desk 1 Link to post Share on other sites
