He said I am "his girl" Should I be worried?

Just to let you guys know this is a different guy I am talking about if you have been following my posts. I have this guy friend named Max who is a cool dude, but he acted kinda weird the other night. We are just friends, we never dated, never had sex or anything. We just would hangout sometimes one on one, but usually it's with a group of friends. Well I haven't spoke to him in 3 months. But everytime we were around each other he would always flirt with me and express interest basically.

 

Well he invited me and my brother over for thanksgiving, and when we arrived there he was really drunk. We then went to another friend's house. When me and Max were alone in the car for a couple of minutes, he kept mentioning this one guy that I went out with ONE time cause I didn't like him. Max said "So Jerry told me you guys had sex, is that true?" I said "No! We just kissed why would he lie about that?" Max said "He really didn't say that, I just was seeing if you guys really had sex or not." I said "Max you're an ahole, haha!" He said "I am so glad you guys didn't have sex cause i'm thinking Jerry back off dude." "You're my girl" I said "I am nobodys girl, haha!" He said "Hmmm"

 

But he didn't say it in a laughing, joking kind of way, he said it like real serious. Then throughout the night he just kept on mentioning Jerry and he kept on trying to kiss me, and he said "Just pretend I am Jerry" Should I be worried? Or is it just a weird way of flirting. All night he kept on hugging me and saying I love you to me, saying I am his favorite, blah blah blah. I just don't know how to take this, and if I am over-reacting. Also I just find it weird cause we never dated or had sex, and I just don't know what he meant by I am "his girl"? Any thoughts? Thank you for your input!
