So, I've been seeing this girl for a month. Thursday night we were at a party she invited me to, she got really really really drunk, told me she really likes me, that she loves me. And now she's gone dark on me.

There were family members at the party, and she told me they were worried that she was seeing somebody new (and there is a cultural difference also). She started crying. Began explaining how badly she had been hurt before. Kept telling me that she really likes me, and then let a drunken I Love You slip into my ear. Kept asking to see me the next day, and made plans with me for lunch. Now.....poof... Didn't hear from her the next day. I called her once on Friday, no answer. No call from her Saturday either.

We've only been dating for a month. Chill, funny, flirty texting several times per week, and some amazing dates. Kissed on the second date, went all the way on the third. And the fourth was the party. I did tell her I had feelings for her as well, and that I was happy with her. But I didn't want to say too much because she was very hammered. It was my first time seeing her drunk, and I was relatively sober.

So what does it mean? Do I just give her more time and space and leave her alone? I really care for her, and I feel like we have amazing chemistry and potential. I would like to punch a wall right now.

I feel bad for you man. Probably a combination of family disapproval and nervous to face you again after what happened. I would give it some more time, you never know what might have happened. Maybe she lost her phone. Did you try leaving a voicemail? I hope everything works out

I think she is probably really embarrassed. She is probably scared you don't feel the same way, and scared about what you think of her after seeing her like that.
